• Our policy refund for cancellations must be NOTIFIED at the latest 24 hours before the excursion, 

• Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund.

• DATE CHANGE - No fee applies to date change.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy for 1-15 days prior to the tour.

• Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers, although we will make every effort to maintain normal operation.

If the ship cannot make it to the port due to bad weather, incompletion of the tour, or if someone tests positive, notify us, and we will fully refund 100%.
